How the Process Works
The painting process is carried out in a dry environment where powder paint is sprayed onto metal pieces using a special gun. The powder has a positive electric charge, while the metal surface is negatively charged - this ensures the paint sticks evenly to the surface.
After application, the pieces are placed in an oven, where they are heated to temperatures between 160 and 200°C. This step, known as curing, transforms the powder into a solid, uniform, and highly durable layer.
