A well-designed fence does more than simply define the boundaries of a property—it also plays an important role in the overall exterior appearance of the home. For this project, the Mosch Home team manufactured and installed a complete metal fencing system consisting of horizontal slat fence panels, a cantilever sliding gate, and a pedestrian gate, all designed in a modern and cohesive style.
Modern Design with Horizontal Metal Slats
The fence panels are made from 100 × 20 × 2 mm rectangular steel tubing, arranged horizontally. The clean lines and balanced proportions create a contemporary look, suitable both for modern homes and for properties undergoing an exterior upgrade.
The dark finish of the metal elements creates an elegant contrast with the light-colored pillars and base, highlighting the geometry of the fence and giving the entire enclosure a clean and well-defined appearance.
The spacing between the slats maintains an open and balanced design while creating visual continuity along the entire length of the property.
100 × 20 × 2 mm Rectangular Steel Tubing
The slats are manufactured from 100 × 20 × 2 mm rectangular steel tubing, a solution that combines a minimalist appearance with the strength required for an outdoor fencing system.
The 100 mm profile gives the slats a well-proportioned visual presence, while their horizontal arrangement emphasizes the length of the fence. The result is a clean and contemporary enclosure designed for long-term use.
Cantilever Sliding Gate Integrated into the Fence Design
Vehicle access is provided through a cantilever sliding gate, designed to maintain the same visual style as the fence panels.
The horizontal slats and finish are continued across the gate, ensuring that it does not appear as a separate element but rather as an integrated part of the entire fencing system.
The cantilever system provides a practical solution for vehicle access, allowing the gate to slide sideways without requiring a ground track across the entire driveway. At the same time, the metal structure is designed to provide the stability required for a large gate.
Pedestrian Gate in the Same Style
The fencing system is completed by a pedestrian gate, designed in the same style as the fence and cantilever sliding gate. The same horizontal slats and proportions maintain visual continuity throughout the project.
Integrating all elements into a single design concept gives the property a much more cohesive appearance than using different styles for the fence and access gates.
From Manufacturing to Installation
An important aspect of this project is that the entire metal fencing system was manufactured and installed by the Mosch Home team.
Adapting the fence to the configuration of the property, aligning the panels, positioning the gates, and completing the final installation are essential for achieving a result that is both technically correct and visually balanced.
For this project, the considerable length of the fence and the existing differences in ground level required each panel to be carefully integrated into the property’s layout. The result is a continuous and well-proportioned fencing system that follows the boundaries of the property while maintaining the same visual identity from one end to the other.

A Complete Project for a Modern Exterior
The combination of horizontal metal slats, gates designed in the same style, and the contrast between the dark metal elements and the light-colored masonry transforms the fence into an important feature of the property’s exterior architecture.
Through this project, Mosch Home aimed to achieve the right balance between design, functionality, and durability, from the manufacturing of the metal components to the final installation.
